Wsub(이하 "개발자")은 Domino Music(패키지명 com.wsub.dominomusic, 이하 "앱")을 이용하시는 분의 개인정보를 소중히 여깁니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루고, 왜 다루며, 어떻게 지키는지를 설명합니다.

1. 한 줄 요약

앱은 이름·이메일·전화번호 같은 개인을 알아볼 수 있는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 회원가입이 없습니다. 다만 광고를 보여주기 위해 광고 식별자가 사용되고, 곡을 내려받기 위해 익명 계정이 자동으로 만들어집니다.

직접 추가하신 MP3 파일은 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다. 앱의 "＋ 내 MP3" 기능은 안드로이드 기본 파일 선택 창을 띄워, 이용자가 그때 직접 고른 파일만 읽습니다. 앱이 저장소 전체를 읽는 권한을 요청하지 않으며, 고른 음악은 기기 안에만 저장되고 개발자나 제3자에게 전송되지 않습니다.

3. 광고

앱은 Google AdMob 을 통해 상단 배너 광고와 보상형 광고를 보여줍니다. 보상형 광고는 이용자가 직접 눌렀을 때만 재생되며, 끝까지 보시면 곡이 열립니다.

Google 은 광고 식별자를 사용해 광고를 맞춤 제공할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 파트너 사이트 정책을 참고하세요.

안드로이드 설정 → Google → 광고 에서 광고 ID 를 삭제하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다.

4. 유럽·영국 이용자 동의

유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국 이용자에게는 광고를 요청하기 전에 Google UMP 동의 창이 표시됩니다. 동의는 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다. 동의 대상 지역에서는 앱 안에서 다시 선택 창을 여실 수 있습니다.

5. 정보를 맡기는 곳

개발자는 위 목적 외에 정보를 이용하지 않으며, 어떤 정보도 판매하지 않습니다.

6. 국외 이전

위 서비스 제공자는 미국을 포함한 국외에 서버를 두고 있어, 처리 과정에서 정보가 국외로 이전됩니다.

이전을 원하지 않으시면 앱을 이용하지 않으실 수 있습니다. 다만 곡 내려받기 등 앱의 주요 기능을 쓸 수 없습니다.

7. 아동

앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 즉시 삭제합니다.

8. 이용자의 권리

앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 모든 값(언어·즐겨찾기·작품·캐시)이 함께 지워집니다.
앱 안의 "캐시 비우기" 로 내려받은 곡을 언제든 지울 수 있습니다.
광고 식별자 초기화·맞춤 광고 해제는 안드로이드 설정에서 하실 수 있습니다.
익명 계정 정보의 삭제를 원하시면 아래 이메일로 요청해 주세요.

9. 안전 조치

앱과 서버 사이의 통신은 모두 HTTPS 로 암호화됩니다. 저장소 접근은 인증된 요청에만 허용됩니다.

10. 방침 변경

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 쪽에 새 내용과 시행일을 올립니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 업데이트 안내에도 적습니다.

Wsub ("the developer") respects the privacy of everyone who uses Domino Music (package com.wsub.dominomusic, "the app"). This policy explains what information the app handles, why, and how it is protected.

1. In one line

The app does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number. There is no sign-up. An advertising identifier is used to show ads, and an anonymous account is created automatically so that music files can be downloaded.

MP3 files you add yourself never leave your device. The "＋ My MP3" feature opens Android's standard file picker and reads only the files you select at that moment. The app does not request permission to read your whole storage, and the music you choose stays on your device — it is never transmitted to the developer or any third party.

3. Advertising

The app shows a top banner ad and rewarded ads through Google AdMob. A rewarded ad plays only when you tap it yourself, and watching it to the end unlocks tracks.

You can reset or opt out of the advertising ID under Settings → Google → Ads on Android.

4. Consent for EEA and UK users

Users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom are shown a Google UMP consent form before any ad is requested. You may change your choice at any time — where applicable, the options form can be reopened from within the app.

The developer does not use information for any purpose other than those above, and never sells any information.

6. International transfer

The service providers above operate servers outside Korea, including in the United States, so information is transferred abroad during processing.

You may choose not to use the app if you do not want this transfer, though core features such as downloading tracks will be unavailable.

7. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. Any such information discovered will be deleted immediately.

8. Your choices

Uninstalling the app removes every value stored on the device (language, favorites, builds, cache).
"Clear cache" inside the app deletes downloaded tracks at any time.
Resetting the advertising ID or opting out of personalized ads is done in Android settings.

9. Security

All communication between the app and its servers is encrypted with HTTPS. Storage access is granted only to authenticated requests.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated text and its effective date will be posted on this page. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's update notes.
