Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Wsub ("we", "us") handles information in the Android app Dance With Me: Groove Together (package com.wsub.dancewithme, the "App").
1. Summary
- The App has no sign-up and no user accounts. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or location.
- Your dance settings, poses, favorites, and any music files you add stay on your device. We do not upload your own music files.
- The App shows ads through Google AdMob and streams music through Google Firebase. These services may collect limited device data as described below.
2. Information stored only on your device
- App settings (theme, art style, background, dancer looks, pose adjustments, imported dance moves).
- Music files you add with "My MP3", and downloaded songs cached for offline playback.
- Favorites, playback preferences, and images you export (PNG/SVG), which are saved to your device.
This data is kept in the App's local storage and is never sent to us. You can delete it at any time by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.
3. Information processed by third-party services

You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
4. International transfer
The services in section 3 are operated by Google LLC on servers outside your country, including in the United States, so the data listed there is transferred abroad during processing.

Wsub itself transfers no user information abroad. If you prefer not to have personalised ads, use the device settings described in section 3.
5. Microphone, camera, and location
The App does not use the microphone, camera, or your location. The dancers react to the music played inside the App, which is analyzed on your device only.
6. How we use information
Information is used only to provide music playback, show ads that support the free App, and keep the App working reliably. We do not sell personal information.
7. Data retention and deletion
On-device data remains until you clear it or uninstall the App. Data held by Google services is retained according to Google's policies. For any request about your data, contact us at the email below.
8. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Security
Network communication with Firebase and AdMob uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Wsub(이하 "개발자")는 Android 앱 Dance With Me: Groove Together(패키지 com.wsub.dancewithme, 이하 "앱")에서 정보를 어떻게 다루는지 다음과 같이 안내합니다.
1. 요약
- 앱은 회원가입과 계정이 없습니다. 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 위치를 요청하지 않습니다.
- 춤 설정, 포즈, 즐겨찾기, 직접 추가한 음악 파일은 기기에만 저장됩니다. 내 음악 파일은 서버로 올라가지 않습니다.
- 앱은 Google AdMob으로 광고를 보여 주고, Google Firebase로 음악을 스트리밍합니다. 이 서비스들은 아래와 같이 제한된 기기 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
2. 기기에만 저장되는 정보
- 앱 설정(테마, 그림체, 배경, 캐릭터 외형, 포즈 보정값, 가져온 춤 동작)
- "내 MP3"로 추가한 음악 파일, 오프라인 재생을 위해 저장된 곡
- 즐겨찾기, 재생 설정, 내보낸 이미지(PNG/SVG)
이 정보는 앱의 로컬 저장소에만 보관되며 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다. 앱 데이터를 지우거나 앱을 삭제하면 언제든 삭제됩니다.

기기 설정(설정 → Google → 광고, 또는 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 광고)에서 광고 ID를 재설정·삭제하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다.
4. 국외 이전
위 3항의 서비스는 Google LLC가 미국을 포함한 국외 서버에서 운영하므로, 처리 과정에서 해당 정보가 국외로 이전됩니다.

5. 마이크·카메라·위치
앱은 마이크, 카메라, 위치 정보를 사용하지 않습니다. 캐릭터는 앱 안에서 재생되는 음악에 반응하며, 이 분석은 기기 안에서만 이루어집니다.
6. 이용 목적
정보는 음악 재생, 무료 앱 운영을 위한 광고 표시, 앱의 안정적인 동작을 위해서만 사용됩니다. 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.
7. 보관 및 삭제
기기에 저장된 정보는 사용자가 지우거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 보관됩니다. Google 서비스가 처리하는 정보는 Google의 정책에 따라 보관됩니다. 정보와 관련된 요청은 아래 이메일로 연락해 주세요.
8. 아동
앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.
